Venture capital funding in the United States reached its highest level since the turn of the millennium in the first half of 2019. According to PwC and CB Insights’ quarterly MoneyTree Report, vc funding climbed to $55 billion in the first six months of 2019, the second highest recorded total since the peak of the dot-com boom in 2000.
